Current Clients

New Client Inquiries

If you’re interested in becoming a client, please include:

  • Your city/location

  • The type of service you’re looking for

  • Desired frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, one-time, etc.)

Billing & Payment Questions

For questions related to:

  • Service fees

  • Grocery reimbursement

  • Invoices or payment links

  • Payment methods or balances

Please contact us before initiating any chargeback or bank dispute. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly when addressed directly.

Scheduling, Skips & Cancellations

Requests to:

  • Skip a service

  • Pause or cancel recurring services

  • Reschedule an upcoming visit

Must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service date in accordance with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
