Cooked By Conte LLC provides in-home chef and meal preparation services. We do not ship physical products to customers.
This Shipping Policy is provided to comply with Shopify requirements and to clearly explain how our services are delivered.
No Physical Shipping
Cooked By Conte LLC does not ship, mail, or deliver physical goods.
All services are performed in person by a Cooked By Conte chef at the client’s home or approved service location on the scheduled service date.
Prepared meals are cooked on-site and left with the client at the conclusion of the service. No food is packaged or shipped via mail, courier, or delivery carrier.
Service Fulfillment Method
Our services are fulfilled as follows:

A Cooked By Conte chef arrives at the scheduled location

Groceries are purchased in advance specifically for the scheduled service

Meals are prepared fresh in the client’s kitchen

Services are completed on the scheduled service date
There are no shipping times, tracking numbers, or delivery carriers associated with our Services.
Service Area
Cooked By Conte LLC currently provides services within select regions of California. Please, refer to our Service Areas page accessible the Menu bar at the top of the page.
Scheduling is subject to:

Operational capacity
If a requested location falls outside our service area, we will notify you prior to confirming service.
Delays or Rescheduling
Because our services are performed in person, fulfillment may be affected by:

Events beyond reasonable control
In such cases, Cooked By Conte will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services. Any rescheduling is subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
